SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police released a still photo taken from the security camera of the suspect who they said robbed the Three Amigos convenience store and restaurant, then shot and wounded the owner.
They hope the photo will lead to the arrest of the suspect, who robbed the Westside neighborhood landmark located at NW 36th and Formosa on Monday.

Minh Lam's wife, Kim, said her husband is recovering in the hospital from a gunshot to his upper right chest. She said doctors have told them he will not require surgery, but he has limited movement of his right arm and hand.
"Lock him up because if he's still out there, he's going to do it to somebody else," the victim's wife said.
An SAPD spokeswoman said detectives are investigating whether the suspect also may have robbed an auto title business later the same day, wounding someone else.
Kim Lam said the store's camera shows the suspect walking in wearing a dark knit cap pulled down low or a ski mask, demanding money at gunpoint. She said her husband put cash in the robber's bag, but when the suspect wanted more money, he was shot as he tried to run away.
Phuong Tam, the victim's sister-in-law, was hiding in a back room when she said she heard several gunshots.
Tam said when she came out after the suspect left, she saw her brother-in-law's shirt stained with blood.
"It scared me," Tam said.
However, the victim still managed to call 911.
Lam said she is hopeful that their longtime customers from the neighborhood will recognize the suspect.
Robert Reyes said Three Amigos, opened 25 years ago by a previous owners, has been the place to come for friendly service and good Chinese food.
Reyes said he felt badly for the victim.
"He's always been very nice. It's just so sad that this happened to him," Reyes said.
