Don Strange Ranch lights up holiday season

Drive-Thru light show open to public through Jan. 3

SAN ANTONIO – The Don Strange Ranch is lighting up the holidays for San Antonio and Hill Country residents.

Two million lights are on display at the historic ranch for its "Christmas Light Fest." The ranch brings holiday fun to life along two miles of scenic road.

The ranch is now open to the public for everyone to enjoy the drive-thru display each evening through Saturday, Jan. 3.

The professionally designed and installed light show will add a new dimension to a Texas Hill Country Christmas at the ranch, located just north of Boerne off of IH-10 in Waring.

Christmas Light Fest is open from 6 - 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Friday, Saturday nights and holidays feature an extra hour of sparkle from 6 - 10 p.m.

Prices are $20 per vehicle Sunday through Thursday, $25 on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.

Tickets are also available for purchase at all area Walgreens, where they are discounted by $5 for admission any day of the week. Click here for more information.
