SAN ANTONIO – Downtown San Antonio's newest development is set to debut Tuesday morning.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held this morning at The Peanut Factory Lofts in the 900 block of South Frio Street.

The historic Birdsong Peanut Factory was transformed into numerous high-end lofts and apartments.
The silos of the old factory were retrofitted to become housing units as well.
Developers renovated the factory while still maintaining many of its historical features.
There are a total of 102 housing units at the new development. It includes a fitness center, pool and a 3,000 square foot penthouse located above the silos.
Retail space will also be available for shops near the leasing office.
Developers said the lofts will offer a percentage of housing to students and professionals from UTSA's downtown campus.
Several city officials are expected to attend Tuesday's ribbon cutting ceremony and take a tour of the development.
