SAN ANTONIO – A man in his early 50s was found dead in a Southeast Side alley Wednesday afternoon, San Antonio police said.
The man's sister found his body around 12:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Cravens Avenue.

Police said the sister had reported the man missing after he was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at a nearby home.
Police Chief William McManus said there are indications that the man's death was the result of a homicide, but he did not say what those indications were.
He said there are no suspects and the investigation is ongoing.
