Man falls out of party bus on North Side

SAN ANTONIO – A man fell out of private party bus overnight Saturday on San Antonio's North Side.

The accident was reported on the ramp from Highway 281 North to Loop 1604 West.

Paramedics treated the man at the scene, but he refused to go to the hospital.

Police have not said how fast the bus was going when the man fell out.
