SAN ANTONIO – Fans and family are remembering a Tejano superstar today.
On May 16, 2016, singer Emilio Navaira passed away from cardiovascular disease. After his passing hundreds of fans mourned along with his family.
A funeral was held for the public at the Freeman Coliseum.
Emilio was a Tejano and Country music, Grammy award winning singer from San Antonio.
Today Tejano radio station KXTN 107.5 will be playing his music all day to celebrate his life.
