A constable captured a small plane crash on a highway in East Texas on his dash cam.
Angelina County Constable Ray Anthony was driving home on Highway 69 near Bullard on Tuesday when the single-engine plane struck the ground.
Joshua Daniel, 36, suffered head injuries and is serious condition in the intensive care unit at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler.
Jamie Jackson, 33, was treated and released from the hospital.
The Cessna 150 had taken off from Tyler Pounds Regional Airport, authorities said.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
