SAN ANTONIO – Thursday is National Lucky Penny Day and if you love tacos, any penny will be lucky on Thursday because you can buy a taco for a penny.

Taco Cabana is offering a bean and cheese taco for one cent. The deal is limited to one taco per person, per transaction.
