SAN ANTONIO – A woman has died after a vehicle crashed into her East Side home Tuesday evening, according to San Antonio police.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the woman had died early Wednesday morning. She was identified as Janice Walker, 70. Her cause and manner of death are currently unknown.
The crash happened around 10:55 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of DaFoste Avenue, which is not far from Interstate 10.
Walker was on her front porch when a vehicle that was allegedly speeding lost control, hit a curb and crashed into the front of her house, an SAPD sergeant said.
