W.D. Deli Spinach Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1 Pounds of Cooked Chopped Chicken
2 Small Boxes of Frozen Chopped Spinach
3 Tablespoons of Lemon Pepper (Fiesta Brand no salt)
1-1/4 Cups of Mayonnaise
Directions:
Bake chicken breast and cool. Chop chicken into approximately 1 inch squares. Place chicken in mixer.
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry with cheesecloth.
Put all ingredients in mixer. Using the paddle attachment, mix on low speed for approximately 20 seconds or until mixed thoroughly.
