W.D. Deli Spinach Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pounds of Cooked Chopped Chicken
  • 2 Small Boxes of Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Pepper (Fiesta Brand no salt)
  • 1-1/4 Cups of Mayonnaise

Directions:

  • Bake chicken breast and cool. Chop chicken into approximately 1 inch squares. Place chicken in mixer.
  • Thaw spinach and squeeze dry with cheesecloth.
  • Put all ingredients in mixer. Using the paddle attachment, mix on low speed for approximately 20 seconds or until mixed thoroughly.
