SAN ANTONIO – If your new year’s resolution included cutting back on calories that doesn’t mean cutting back on your favorite cocktails. Just follow Artisan Distillery owner Nick Spink’s advice by substituting Stevia for those sugary cocktail mixers. Spink’s variation of his vodka margarita, for instance, only contains about 70 calories, compared to about 600-700 calories that most margaritas contain.
