The National Transportation Safety Board released new information on what happened before a helicopter crash killed two people last month in Kinney County.
A pilot and passenger, the two victims killed Thursday in a helicopter crash west of Uvalde, have been identified.
Two people are dead after a helicopter crashed off U.S. Highway 90 in Uvalde, according to the Kinney County Sheriff’s Office.
