San Antonio – A San Antonio family’s life changed abruptly after their loved one, a wife and a mother of four, passed away from Covid-19 complications Sunday. “I lost my wife because of careless people,” Andres said. It is not about themselves, but other people.”Andres is now starting from scratch with taking over roles his wife performed throughout their marriage. “When it comes down to logistics and the reality after losing someone, that creates a big worry time,” Bira said. Andres asks that people take Covid-19 seriously so that the loss he has endured doesn’t happen to other families.

San Antonio – The cardiologist accused of killing a 21-year-old man after driving drunk on the interstate in April was found dead this past weekend, according to the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office. Hector Osorio, 60, was facing an Intoxication Manslaughter charge after he struck and killed Christopher Farias Jr. while driving the wrong way on Interstate 37. Farias Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene when EMS arrived, according to a previous KSAT report. Daryl Harris, Bexar County chief deputy of the trial division, said they learned Osorio committed suicide in Atascosa County. San Antonio – Family members remembered a motorcyclist killed in a seven-vehicle crash Saturday as a man with a heart for helping others and someone who lived his life to the fullest. “I was in the garage working on a bike,” said Guerra’s brother, who asked not to be identified. “It was like standard small talk, which was odd,” Guerra's brother said. He was like, ‘If you need something, let me know.’”After learning the details of how his brother died, Guerra's brother said he hopes this incident serves as awareness to others. Guerra's brother also said he hopes this encourages people to cherish their loved ones.
