The man wanted in the mass shooting at a bowling alley and bar that killed 18 people and wounded 13 has been found dead, bringing an end to a search that put the entire state of Maine on edge for the last two days.

The Dallas-based trucking company, Stevens Transport, said they do not discriminate against women and the complaint is based on a “misunderstanding.”

Week 9's high school football action set the stage for an incredible finish to the 2022 regular season, as Canyon, Clark Stevens and Sam Houston all earned pivotal district victories.

Week 4 of the 2022 high school football season was highlighted by offensive fireworks, as Canyon raced past Champion in KSAT 12's Game of the Week, Davenport scored 62 points in a win over Lockhart and Jefferson edged Brackenridge in overtime.

At the end of the regular season, six teams from the greater San Antonio area finish with undefeated records: Brennan, Steele, Johnson, Alamo Heights, Shiner and Carrizo Springs.

Week 12 sees the end of the 2021 high school volleyball regular season, as Burbank finishes with a 16-0 record in District 27-5A, Jefferson tops Edison in a crucial battle for playoff positioning and Stevens battles Holmes.

Harlan volleyball comes from behind in the third set to sweep Stevens, East Central dominates Southwest Legacy, Clark defeats Johnson and Churchill claws back to defeat Madison in a five-set thriller.

There are three ways to access KSAT’s multi-stream experience Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, starting Aug. 26 through Nov. 6.

At the end of the first full week of the 2021 high school volleyball season, McCollum hosted an eight-team tournament where the Cowboys, Stevens Falcons and Harlandale Indians all earned dramatic three-set victories over Holmes, Marshall and East Central respectively.

It had maximum sustained winds of 85 mph (140 kph), making it a Category 1 hurricane. President Donald Trump issued an emergency declaration for Hawaii because of the hurricane, directing federal assistance to supplement state and local response efforts. A warning for Maui and a hurricane watch for the Big Island were canceled.

I am most excited to keep learning and growing as a person to be able to face the challenges of real life after high school. I hope my time at Stevens has helped my teammates and friends grow and want to become leaders in our community. Being a student athlete is challenging but finding a balance between school, athletics, and family is doable. If you could take any athlete or celebrity to your senior prom, who would it be and why? I would take Micah Christenson because he is a great athlete and an amazing leader on the court.
