Halloween forecast not a 'treat' for some

Cold front to bring rain, cooler temps Tuesday evening

SAN ANTONIO – Beautiful weather is forecast for the rest of today after a cold start this morning. Highs will reach the upper 70s.

The Halloween forecast, however, is a bit more "tricky."

A cold front will slide into the area Tuesday morning, bringing cooler temperatures.

Meanwhile, an upper-level disturbance will pass overhead. The result will be cloudy skies and a chance for rain.

The best rain chances look to be late in the day and overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning.   This means that trick-or-treating could be wet.

Also, temperatures are forecast to be in the low 60s with a north wind, making for cool conditions.

Look for clearing by Wednesday afternoon and warmer weather to finish out the week.

We’ll bring you radar updates through the day tomorrow to keep you prepared for all festivities happening throughout San Antonio and South Texas!
