Ben Dorcy, the man known as "King of the Roadies"  has died at the age of 92.

Dorcy spent several decades touring with country music legends such as Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Willie Nelson.

Dorcy started his traveling career in 1950 when Hank Thompson asked his stagehand to go on the road with him.

Singer Willie Nelson often spoke of his close relationship with Dorcy in interviews.

In 2015 Ben Dorcy's daughter Amy, produced the documentary on his life titled, "King of the Roadies". 

No word yet on his cause of death.
