SAN ANTONIO – The special court martial of a former training instructor is set to begin Monday morning at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph.
Tech. Sgt. Julio Morales is facing several charges, including having an unprofessional relationship with a basic trainee, continuing the relationship while she was a technical training student, and committing adultery.
The trial is set to begin Monday morning around 8:30 a.m.
