Police: Man ran prostitution ring out of apartment complex

SAN ANTONIO – A 61-year-old man is accused of operating a prostitution business out of a Northwest Side apartment complex.

Police said Vincent McKinney ran the operation at the Broadstone Colonnade Apartments in the 4300 block of Spectrum 1.

Two women told investigators they worked for McKinney and that he would post online ads for body rubs.

McKinney would reportedly charge a $60 "door fee" and then the women would keep the rest of the money they made from performing various sexual acts.

McKinney was arrested and has been charged with aggravated promotion of prostitution.
