Man robs BBVA Compass Bank branch

SAN ANTONIO – A man robbed a BBVA Compass Bank branch Monday morning, police said.

The armed man walked into the bank at 2310 S.W. Military Drive around 10:40 a.m., approached a teller and demanded money, police said.

After getting some money, the man ran out of the bank, got into a small red car and drove away, police said.

The man is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds.

He was wearing a hooded jacket, black gloves and aviator-style sunglasses.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the man.
