Northeast SA man wanted for repeated sex attacks on teen Marcus Chavez Ponciano Jr. facing charge of continuous sexual abuse of child
SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man is wanted on charges he repeatedly sexually abused a girl less than half his age.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Marcus Chavez Ponciano Jr., 28, after he was indicted in November on suspicion of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
"The indictment alleged that Ponciano sexually assaulted and abused a female child multiple times over the period of two months. The victim was under the age of 14 years old," Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Bozeman said.
Ponciano is 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
"His last known place of residence was on the Northeast side of San Antonio," Bozeman said.
If you have any information on his whereabouts, you’re asked to call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 210-657-8500.
