7 children, 2 adults injured in rollover in Atascosa County Crash reported at I-37 South at Mile Marker 88 south of Pleasanton
SAN ANTONIO – A rollover crash in Atascosa County on Wednesday afternoon left two adults and seven children injured, authorities said.
Sgt. Deon Cockrell of the Texas Department of Public Safety said the rollover involving an SUV was reported around 1 p.m. on Interstate 37 South at Mile Marker 88 south of Pleasanton.
An AIRLIFE helicopter was expected to transport at least two children to University Hospital.
The southbound lanes of the interstate are closed.
