The boy was one of two teens arrested in Vasquez's death. Names of the teenage suspects are being withheld due to their age.

Police said the two teens, both 15-years-old, were visiting Vasquez and another victim at their apartment when they got into an argument. Police believe the 15-year-old boy shot the victims and fled the scene in a stolen vehicle with a 15-year-old girl.

The girl was charged with evading arrest.
