SAN ANTONIO – An all-clear was given at San Antonio College and all operations have resumed as of 4:36 p.m. Monday.
SAC officials said evening classes will take place as scheduled.
Police said they have not located the man seen bleeding from his neck due to an apparent gunshot wound, or the gunman, after shots were fired near the college campus and nearby schools.
"SAPD and (San Antonio College police) will still be patrolling area, and detectives are still working the incident," San Antonio police spokesman Doug Greene said.
SAC All Clear: As of 4:36 pm, an all clear has been issued for San Antonio College. All buildings and services have resumed normal operation. Evening classes on Monday, Jan. 28 will take place as scheduled. Thank you for your cooperation.

A man was seen bleeding from his neck and holding it, shortly after police an officer heard at least three gunshots near San Antonio College.
San Antonio police were called around 3:41 p.m. Monday to the intersection of West Courtland Place and Howard Street for a report of a shooting.
Police Chief William McManus said several witnesses saw the victim, who had an apparent gunshot wound to his neck, run to the college campus.
McManus said police are still looking for the victim and gunman, and the incident has prompted SAC, a college prep high school with the San Antonio Independent School District, and nearby schools, to go into lockdown.
