AMBER Alert issued for missing 2-week old baby from Polk County

POLK COUNTY, Texas – An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing child who police believe is in “grave or immediate danger.”

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said they are searching for 2-week-old Sonni Meilike.

Sonni Meilike is 19 inches and eight pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and a diaper.

Police are also looking for Sylvia Norman, 31, in connection with the abduction. She is 5 feet 1 inches tall, roughly 115 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She was seen wearing a white shirt and blue shorts with white leggings underneath. She has tattoos on both her back and her left arm.

Meilike was last seen in the 300 Block of Floydene Street in Livingston, Texas around 2:40 p.m. yesterday.
