SAN ANTONIO – A former day care employee has pleaded guilty to two counts of production of child pornography.
Nicholas Gonzales Malven admitted to taking inappropriate pictures and videos of young children and then sharing them on different apps.
Some of the photos and videos were taken at the day care where he worked on the Northwest Side.
Sentencing is scheduled for September.
Malven faces a maximum penalty of 15 to 30 years in prison, plus supervised release and fines.
