An arrest warrant affidavit states that in December, Santos sent a 10-year-old girl in the U.K. sexually explicit images via Snapchat and told her to re-enact them.

The Texas Attorney General’s office started investigating the case in February, after receiving a cyber tip that suspected inappropriate communication.

Snapchat gave authorities information about Santos’ account and provided two videos uploaded to the account that were believed to be child pornography.

The investigation revealed that Santos received several videos that were suspected to be child pornography, the affidavit states.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on Tuesday. Records show he was booked into the Bexar County Jail on Wednesday morning.

His bond is set at $150,000.
