Man found shot in head on North Side, SAPD says Body found in the 1200 block of West Hildebrand
SAN ANTONIO – A homeless man was discovered shot in the head inside a draining ditch opening on the North Side, according to San Antonio police.
The man’s friend found his body in the 1200 block of West Hildebrand and alerted authorities early Monday morning.
An SAPD sergeant noted that shell casings were found at the scene, indicating that the shooting likely occurred at that location.
Details about the victim, including his age, remain unknown. There is currently no information about a suspect.
The Homicide Unit is investigating the case as a murder.
