An expert on children's relationships with technology is coming to the Witte Museum to help educate parents and educators on young peoples habits with digital media at The DoSeum's 10th annual Outside the Lunchbox Luncheon.
Dr. Devorah Heitner, the author of "Screenwise: Helping Kids Thrive (and Survive) in Their Digital World," is set to speak at the luncheon in October.
She is applauded for translating the digital world "in ways that honor children and adults, and that offers a vision for nurturing sound judgment and independence as they grow."
