A Florida prosecutor says he will seek to vacate as many as 2,600 convictions of people who bought crack cocaine manufactured by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office between 1988 and 1990.

DeSantis' decision was upheld by the Republican-led state Senate, even though its investigator found DeSantis' grounds didnt meet Florida law. But Tony, 41, quickly made enemies with the primary deputies' union, which said he fired and disciplined deputies accused of misconduct without due process and wouldn't communicate.
