There are three weeks left in the high school football regular season, and our Game of the Week on Friday night is a huge district contest between Smithson Valley and New Braunfels.

Last season, the Unicorns had nine wins and four losses. They went 5-2 in district play while finishing their season as regional semifinalists.

District races are heating up, and Friday night’s Game of the Week features a critical 13-5A-D1 matchup as the New Braunfels Unicorns host the Smithson Valley Rangers.

Friday, Sept. 6, marks the 2024 Wurst Bowl between the New Braunfels Unicorns and Canyon Cougars, and KSAT will be there for all the action.
