Students are punching, stabbing, and even breaking their teacher’s bones, according to reports reviewed by KSAT Investigates. But a lack of readily accessible, and sometimes expensive data make it tough to see how long it's been an issue.

It’s a disturbing trend uncovered by KSAT Investigates -- uncovered more than 4,000 reports of students injuring educators in districts with schools in Bexar County in the last two school years.
