SAN ANTONIO – Skeletal remains found in east Bexar County on Friday are “quite possibly” those of 38-year-old Curtis Perry, who has been missing since July, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said. While investigators found pieces of clothing and identification that Salazar said more than likely belonged to Perry, the sheriff said the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office needs to determine whether the remains are those of the missing man. The remains were discovered by a Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden who was investigating poachers in the area of the 9400 block of Foster Road, Salazar said. Salazar said investigators had searched for Perry in the area in August and have returned several times in the past few weeks, but no remains were found until Friday. The sheriff said that Perry’s mother has been notified about Friday’s developments.

SAN ANTONIO – The search for a 38-year-old man who is believed to have been killed has been terminated at the property on the East Side where he was thought to have buried, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said Thursday. That ship has sailed for that person.”Salazar said he doesn’t know where Perry’s body is located, but that BCSO will not give up on finding him. “We’re not going to let it stop us from searching for Mr. Perry,” he said. Crews have been searching through the property since Tuesday afternoon, using several tools, including a giant excavator, to look for the remains. Salazar said one good thing that came from the search was that a drug operation was uncovered at the residence, along with weapons and stolen vehicles.

SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County Sheriff’s Office crews searching for the remains of Curtis Perry, who was reported missing in July and is presumed dead, called it a night at around 7:30 p.m. after having no luck finding anything on Wednesday. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said Perry was probably killed at another location and then brought to a property on the 300 block of Holmgreen Road on the East Side. SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said Wednesday that deputies will continue searching an East Side property for a missing 38-year-old man who is believed to be dead. He was the subject of a search at a home on the city’s East Side, Salazar said late Tuesday afternoon. During the search, investigators found evidence of what Salazar called a “narcotics enterprise,” firearms and stolen vehicles on the property. Salazar said one suspect believed to be involved with Perry’s disappearance is at large, while other suspects are incarcerated outside of Bexar County. “They may be very young, but they’re very dangerous people as well.”The sheriff is hoping to bring closure to Perry’s family, he said.

SAN ANTONIO – A 38-year-old man who disappeared in late July is the subject of a search at a home on the city’s East Side, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said late Tuesday afternoon. Salazar said Curtis Perry was probably killed violently at another location and then brought to a property in the 300 block of Holmgreen, where the search for remains is being conducted. He said investigators found evidence of what he called a “narcotics enterprise,” firearms and stolen vehicles on the property. Salazar said that a BCSO command truck will be brought onto the property and that deputies will be on site 24/7. He said the search warrant allows the agency to investigate on the property for at least two days, maybe longer.

SAN ANTONIO – A family continues to search for answers but have not lost hope that their loved one will return home. Curtis Perry was reported missing in late July, but the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office believe he may be the victim of foul play. Oliver said her son lives in Philadelphia but came to visit her in Houston before he traveled to San Antonio to visit his cousins. The family filed a missing persons report but there have not been any answers for almost three months. The family described Curtis as a father who would do anything for his son.

SAN ANTONIO The Bexar County Sheriffs Office is asking for the publics help in finding a 38-year-old man who has been missing since late July. Curtis Perry was last seen July 27 in the 1700 block of Jackson Keller Road driving a late-model Chevrolet Malibu. The vehicle has since been recovered by BCSO. Perry is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds, has brown eyes and ear-top length brown dreadlocks.
