The eastbound and westbound ramps from Interstate 35 South at Highway 90 are closed early Friday afternoon following a major crash involving a garbage truck and an 18-wheeler.
Police said the crash resulted in a fuel spill that caused some motorists to spin out on the ramps.
There was no immediate work on when the ramps will reopen.
