Children receive report card rewards from local restaurants

SAN ANTONIO – School’s out for the summer, and children can earn freebies for good grades on their report cards.

Krispy Kreme is offering a free original glazed doughnut for each A on a child’s report card. The limit is six doughnuts for any report card from a student in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Incredible Pizza Co. also has a report card special that offers discounts on games. Straight-A students receive a $6 discount on games. Students with As and Bs receive a $4 discount, and any improvement in grades gets a $3 discount on games.

Chuck E. Cheese has a more expansive reward program for children. There’s an entire page of downloadable calendars that parents can use as an incentive for accomplishments.

Calendars can be used for having a clean room, performing daily chores, good behavior and more.  Parents can track their child’s progress on a certain task and bring a completed calendar to Chuck E. Cheese to receive 10 free tokens.
