No sign of Joshua Davis on 3rd birthday

Police still follow leads in missing child case

No description found

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Little Joshua Davis turned three years old on Thursday, but his family is marking the day without the toddler, who has been missing for more than a year.

Joshua disappeared from his home on Savannah Hill on February 4, 2011. Several people were at the child's home at the time.

A year and a half later, there is no sign of the child and no major breakthroughs in the case.

On a Facebook page called "Let's Find Joshua Davis," his mother, Sabrina Benitez, wrote "it kills me to know another birthday has gone by that we gotta sing happy birthday without you here. Gotta Toy Story cake for you that reads 'we love and miss you so much.' Happy birthday, Joshy."

Police say they are still working any and all leads in the investigation and want anyone with even the smallest bit of information to call them.

"That's what cracks a lot of cases," said Lt. Craig Cristopherson with NBPD. "The small things that people don't think there's anything to. They mention it, and then all of the sudden all of the pieces of the puzzle fit together. "

The number to call New Braunfels Crimestoppers is 830-620-TIPS.
