High fiber cereals tastier now

A Consumer Reports test of 26 cereals found higher-fiber cereals taste a lot better than they used to.

While Bear Naked Fruit and Nut Granola tasted excellent, it rated only fair for nutrition. It has 2 grams of fiber per serving.

Four cereals were very tasty with a lot more fiber.  

They are Kellogg's All Bran Original with 10 grams of fiber, Post Shredded Wheat Wheat 'n Bran with nine grams, Post Grape-Nuts Original with seven grams and Post Shredded Wheat Original with six grams.

Consumer Reports named two store-brand cereals tasty best buys. They are Market Pantry Frosted Shredded Wheat from Target and Great Value Raisin Bran from Walmart.
