SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police said a driver ruined his brand new SUV in a rollover on the Northwest Side early Friday morning.
The crash happened just after midnight at Clearview and Hillcrest Boulevard.
The driver told police he overcorrected after he was cut off by a bicyclist. He said he struck a curb and flipped his SUV.
Police said three of his passengers fled from the scene for an unknown reason, but the driver was not hurt.
He told police he just bought the Dodge Durango on Thursday.
