Tim Duncan in federal court for hearing
No description foundSAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan was in federal court Wednesday for a hearing in his lawsuit against his former financial adviser.
Duncan is suing Charles Banks for allegedly making personal gains off of his investments while Duncan saw nothing.
Banks is also accused of ordering one of his company's to withhold a 20 percent fee from what Duncan was owed.
Duncan also said that Banks used his signature to sign off on loans without his knowledge.
The Spurs all-star is seeking at least $1 million in relief plus exemplary damages.
