Bexar County security deputy arrested on DWI charge
Arrest marks 13th deputy arrest since January
No description foundSAN ANTONIO – A Bexar County court security deputy has been arrested after a drunk driving crash.
The Sheriff’s Office says Edward Perez was involved in a crash on the 6900 block of I-35 at around 7.p.m. Saturday night.
San Antonio police arrested Perez on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
He is now charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
His arrest makes him the 13th deputy arrested since January. He is also the 5th arrested for DWI.
Perez has been released on $2,500 dollars bond.
