The parade will honor the mission of the pioneering Spanish Catholics, whose mission was to settle San Antonio, and the philanthropic mission of the 61 children’s charities funded by the Cavaliers.

The historic missions of San Antonio were named a World Heritage Site in 2015 by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
