Service member found dead at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston

SAN ANTONIO – A service member was found dead Wednesday at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, officials said.

The service member’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, a news release said.

The incident is under investigation.

No other information was released.
