Amor Eterno is a new craft cocktail bar concept opening in San Antonio

Menu will include Tejano street fare inspired cuisine

New Cocktail Bar 'Amor Eterno' Announces Grand Opening Date on Jan. 6 (Amor Eterno)

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio is getting a new craft cocktail bar concept in Southtown called Amor Eterno.

The menu for Amor Eterno is inspired by “Tejano street fare,” according to a spokesperson. Menu items, developed in partnership with popular pop-up concept ¡Bucho!, will include things like ceviche wonton tacos, hot chicken tacos, Tejano Cubano, Ol’ Fashion donut and more.

Craft cocktails will also be offered. Cocktails are touted as having “local flavors” which have been developed by co-owner and bar veteran Aaron Peña.

Joining Peña as co-owner of Amor Eternos is Brian Correa of Bar America.

Despite its intimate setting, COVID-19 precautions will be taken, according to the spokesperson.

“Amor Eterno will be taking all the necessary precautions to make sure the experience is safe for both staff and guests - including additional sanitizing, frequent hand washing, mandatory masks for guests, associates, and operators, socially-distant tables, and offering hand sanitizer stations.”

Menu offerings at Amor Eterno will include chef-inspired “Tejano street fare” cuisine by ¡Bucho! (Amor Eterno)

The new spot, located at 540 S. Presa Street, is celebrating its grand opening on Jan. 6. Amor Eterno is occupying the space that was formerly Don Martin’s Coffee Co.
