2 hospitalized after major crash on I-10 on Northwest Side, SAFD says
The crash has led to a significant traffic pileup; drivers urged to find alternate routes

A major crash on I-10 on the city’s Northwest Side resulted in two people being hospitalized and a significant traffic pileup, according to San Antonio fire officials.

The crash happened Wednesday afternoon near the 11900 block of I-10 near De Zavala Road.
Data from Google Maps shows that the traffic is very slow-moving, and fire officials said it’s likely to last for quite awhile. Drivers in the area are urged to find an alternate route, if possible.
SAFD confirmed to KSAT that two people were transported by EMS for their injuries. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
