Three families with children in Wortham Oaks Elementary School’s Spanish Immersion Program are speaking out as the program is at risk of being cut amid the district's budget crisis.

After cordoning off part of a north Bexar County neighborhood street to investigate a reported case of domestic violence Thursday afternoon, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office investigators left the suspect at the scene more than four hours later.
