SAN ANTONIO – A Flash Flood Watch that was in effect through Tuesday morning for most of South Texas, has been allowed to expire. The watch included San Antonio and the KSAT12 viewing area. The watch remains in effect for Dewitt and Lavaca counties until 10 a.m. Monday.
Isolated showers and storms remain in the forecast for Tuesday. Not every location will see rain during the day but rain chances increase Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.

The wet weather will be hit-and-miss with not all of the area getting rainfall. Winds will be out of the east at 5-15 mph.
Isolated storms are possible into Tuesday afternoon with a high temperature in the low- to mid-80s. The warmer the temperature, the more likely we will be to see rainfall.
The chance for rain on Wednesday and Thursday drops to 30 percent -- down from 40 percent on Tuesday.
The area will see a break in the rainy weather on Friday and Saturday, with a 20 percent chance of isolated showers returning to the forecast on Sunday.
