SAN ANTONIO – KSAT 12’s Deven Clarke teamed up with Orange Theory Fitness coach Vic Guetta and KSAT 12 Nightbeat executive producer Nicole Perez to burn some calories and strengthen muscle without the traditional gym.
This workout routine is an hour long and includes fast intervals of running, rowing, weight-lifting and calisthenics. Participants wear a heart rate monitor to keep track of progress.
The goal is to stay in the “Orange Zone” for most of the routine, which means you’re burning fat and not losing muscle.
