Boerne Police arrest 2 in connection with breaking into dozens of vehicles

BOERNE, Texas – Police have made two arrests in connection with the burglaries of almost 30 vehicles last month.

Nathaniel Wilson, 23, and Amber Decker, 17, are now facing felony charges of theft of a motor vehicle and theft of a firearm.

On Dec. 17, Boerne police responded to several reports that vehicles in the Woods of Frederick Creek had been burglarized. Later in the week, police got surveillance video of the two suspects after they used a stolen credit card.

Police said that after the story was aired on television they got several tips about the pair. During the investigation, Boerne detectives learned that Wilson had already been arrested by San Antonio police and Decker was arrested soon thereafter.

Both suspects are from San Antonio.
