SAN ANTONIO – Two months after he was featured as a fugitive on KSAT-12, deputies said the man walked up to them and turned himself in to them.
The U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force asked for help in December to find Roy Earl Ferguson. He was wanted since he was indicted in March on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Around 3 p.m. Thursday, Bexar County Sheriff's Office deputies at the Magistrate's Office said Ferguson, 46, walked up to them and surrendered.
His bond is set at $30,000.
