Man accused of pointing gun in girlfriend's face after she asked him to move out

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – A 33-year-old man is accused of threatening to kill his girlfriend after she asked him to move out.

Christopher Berry is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said.

The Sheriff’s Office said a woman called them saying her boyfriend of six years had assaulted her. The woman said she told Berry she wanted a relationship without violence.

She also told deputies Berry had assaulted her a few months ago. That allegedly upset Berry and he pulled out a gun and pointed it at the woman’s face, threatening her.

Berry fled before deputies got to the home but was later arrested.
