Man shot while standing outside home on South Side, police say Shooting happened in the 100 block of Spaatz
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating a shooting that happened early Friday morning on the South Side.
A man told police he was standing outside his home in the 100 block of Spaatz when someone shot him around 3:45 a.m.
The man, who is in his early 30s, was hit once in each leg and was taken to the hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening, police said.
He said he didn’t know the shooter or what prompted the shooting.
Police said the shooter fled in a car, and there may have been two people inside that vehicle.
